BUSINESSES AS HEALERS
This is a dedicated resource for inde-preneurs (creatives working solo or perhaps with a few helping hands) who: run product-based businesses both online and brick and mortar and are aligned with the idea that their businesses can be healing.
This business is my light - lit from all I’ve been given by my parents and all who have come before.
Building it has taught me how to fly,
and I love flying.
It is a risky endeavor, and calls for an intensity and self-awareness that is both a great gift and a daily discipline of skill. I grew my own wings after taking a big leap, and found myself caught by unseen currents that carried me higher than I ever thought I could go.
From the bird’s eye view, I saw there was much more my business could be.
It is my belief that all businesses, through their operations, can:
create beauty and balance, becoming healers.
My intention through my businesses is to:
continuously investigate how businesses can bring beauty and balance through their operations.
I am just beginning, and I have a lot to learn.
I know that first, we have to believe its possible to create healing change.
Then, we have to gather our creativity and courage to build operations with purpose and synergy.
All swords have two edges, all paths have a steep drop off on either side.
Capitalism -
a system enabling the individual to create their own way of living in a modern world with the widest reach to market ever known to time
- isn’t a ‘bitch’ unless you call it one.
(a fun little phrase we millenials like to use).
It might just be the healer we need.
